Concrete Laborer

The Bartley Corporation is seeking dependable, hardworking Concrete Laborers to join our One Bartley Family. This position supports concrete construction crews with forming, pouring, finishing, and general jobsite duties. Responsibilities Assist with setting and stripping concrete forms Pour, spread, and level concrete Carry and prepare tools, materials, and equipment Perform jobsite setup and cleanup Follow company and OSHA safety requirements Work effectively as part of a construction crew Qualifications Concrete or construction experience preferred, but willing to train Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors Dependable transportation and reliable attendance Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and work safely Join the One Bartley Family and build a career with a team that values safety, hard work, and growth.
