Senior Administrative Assistant – Norfolk, VA Position Summary: A key role within the Program Management Office that supports command administrative programs, staff, and operations. This position is full‑time and is open exclusively to U.S. citizens eligible for a secret security clearance. Responsibilities Assist with the execution and management of command administrative programs. Provide administrative services to command personnel, including receiving office visitors, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining calendars. Support office operations by ensuring effective communication and information flow among staff and stakeholders. Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a similar setting. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Capability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a secret security clearance.
