We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers from our West Henrietta, New York location in a Long-term Contract role. This position is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys helping customers resolve questions efficiently. The successful candidate will handle a high volume of interactions, process orders accurately, and contribute to a positive service experience on every contact.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls professionally and provide timely, accurate assistance.
• Enter and update customer orders with close attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Handle both inbound and outbound communications to address questions, follow up on requests, and confirm information.
• Resolve routine service concerns by identifying customer needs and delivering appropriate solutions.
• Document conversations, order details, and service outcomes in the appropriate systems.
• Maintain consistent service levels while managing multiple tasks in a call center environment.• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a call center setting.
• Ability to manage inbound calls efficiently while maintaining a detail-oriented and courteous approach.
• Experience with order entry and accurate data input.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable handling outbound calls for follow-up and customer support purposes.
• Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
