Clinical Psychologist - Child Anxiety Center

The Child Anxiety Center at Evidence Based Treatment Centers of Seattle is seeking a full-time Staff Psychologist. We are looking for a psychologist who has mastered the art and science of exposure-based treatment for anxiety and OCD, whose enthusiasm for this work is infectious, whose clients feel genuinely cared for, and whose colleagues feel genuinely supported. What You'll Do Provide a minimum of 20 clinical contact hours per week with children, adolescents, and caregivers across our Outpatient and Intensive Programs Deliver ERP, CBT, Behavioral Parent Training, SPACE, CBIT, HRT, and evidence-based care for co-occurring conditions Participate in weekly team consultation meetings and collaborate with psychologists and other specialists across our clinical teams Our administrative team handles all intake, waitlist management, billing, insurance communication, and scheduling so you can focus entirely on clinical work Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401K with 4% employer match 12 weeks parental leave Four or more weeks paid time off with clinical coverage provided Free in-house APA-approved CE covering licensure requirements Stipend for external continuing education Malpractice insurance (employee pays small portion) Unlimited ORCA transit card Hybrid telehealth options available Clinician-owned and operated since 2002 Qualifications PsyD or PhD credential Licensed in Washington State, or able to begin the licensure process immediately Deep expertise in ERP, the single most important qualification Expertise in CBT, behavioral parent training, CBIT, SPACE, and related modalities Genuine passion for clinical work with children, adolescents, and families Identifies as a CBT therapist, grounded in evidence-based approaches Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for co-occurring conditions (depression, ADHD, sleep disorders) Thrives in a collaborative team environment, actively seeks and provides consultation Committed to providing inclusive, culturally sensitive care to all clients and colleagues #J-18808-Ljbffr Istss
