Role Description The Dietitian is a full-time, on-site role located in West Palm Beach, FL, responsible for providing nutritional assessment, counseling, and care planning for patients with eating disorders and related mental health conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive nutrition evaluations, developing and monitoring individualized meal plans, and collaborating with therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to support integrated treatment goals. The Dietitian provides ongoing individual and group nutrition education, facilitates exposure-based food interventions, and supports patients in rebuilding a healthy relationship with food. The role also includes documenting care in accordance with regulatory standards, participating in treatment team meetings, and contributing to family education to promote sustainable recovery.
