Clinical Specialist, CST - Boca Raton, FL

Medtronic seeks a Clinical Specialist to provide technical and clinical support for neurosurgery, navigation, and robotic-assisted surgery products. The field-based role involves customer training, system maintenance, installations, and collaboration with regional sales teams in the Boca Raton area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site installations and provide technical support during technology-enabled surgical procedures
• Maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot system hardware and software; perform preventative maintenance
• Train physicians, surgeons, and hospital staff on navigation and robotics technology and clinical applications
• Serve as primary customer liaison for technical support, repair issues, and service inquiries
• Document installations, file visit reports, identify new user opportunities, and provide market feedback to district teams

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus 6+ years clinical, medical sales, or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience
• Associate's degree plus 4+ years clinical, medical sales, or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to reside within territory and travel
• Technical proficiency with UNIX/LINUX commands and medical device software/hardware
• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills
• Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory compliance requirements
