Field Support Specialist - Columbia, SC PURE HomeRiver is looking for a Field Support Specialist to join our team in Columbia, SC. As a Field Support Specialist you will be on the move, driving from property to property, assessing conditions, deploying lockboxes, checking vacancies, and performing maintenance tasks. You will follow a clearly defined process, document your work accurately and help keep operations running smoothly. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform all duties requested for assigned work orders in accordance with company policies. Travel to properties in a timely manner to conduct evaluations including new property assessments, move‑out checks, occupied and vacant property checks within deadlines. Use computers and smartphone dispatching, email, and other tools to document property conditions. Be available to perform field work immediately upon instruction by the property management team. Lift and carry up to 50 pounds, climb ladders and stairs, walk, bend and reach as required. Attend staff meetings, training and other management directed sessions. Assist with administrative work as needed in the office. Ensure safety standards are used that comply with company, local, city, state and federal guidelines. Maintain knowledge of state, local and federal fair housing laws. Dress in a PURE HomeRiver‑approved uniform and maintain a professional appearance. Perform other duties as needed. Qualifications and Requirements General knowledge of maintenance functions such as basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry. Residential property management experience. Reliable transportation for daily work duties. Hospitality / Customer service experience preferred. Compensation Pay: $20.00/Hour, paid biweekly. Position Hours: 40 hours per week. FLSA: Non‑Exempt.
