Mullens Markings is looking for motivated and reliable Road Striping & Pavement Marking Crew Members to join our team in Greensboro, North Carolina . If you're looking for hands-on work that directly contributes to road safety and infrastructure, this opportunity is for you.

What You'll Do

• Road Striping & Pavement Marking Assist in applying road markings including lane lines, crosswalks, and symbols using specialized striping equipment.
• Traffic Control Set up and maintain traffic control devices during road construction and maintenance projects.
• Equipment Operation & Maintenance Operate CDL-required vehicles, including trucks and striping machines. Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance.
• Physical Labor Perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Safety Compliance Follow all company and job-site safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

What We're Looking For

• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record required
• Class A or B CDL is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Prior experience in road construction, striping, or traffic control preferred but not required
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and meet shifting schedule demands
