We are seeking experienced Servers with at least 3 years of fine dining experience to join the team at Dearborn’s first steakhouse and the area’s first true fine dining restaurant . This is a unique opportunity to help build a standout dining destination from the ground up and bring elevated hospitality and service to a market ready for something extraordinary.

As a Server, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences through attentive service, professionalism, and deep knowledge of food and beverage offerings. We are looking for individuals who thrive in an upscale dining environment, understand the importance of detail and guest satisfaction, and take pride in providing polished, high-level service.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service in a professional and welcoming manner

• Guide guests through menu selections, specials, wine pairings, and beverage options

• Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods

• Accurately enter orders and communicate effectively with kitchen staff

• Ensure timely food and beverage delivery while maintaining fine dining service standards

• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly and professionally

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations

• Collaborate with team members to create a seamless guest experience

• Support private dining events, catering functions, and special occasions as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of fine dining serving experience required

• Strong knowledge of hospitality and fine dining service standards

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a high-volume environment

• Professional appearance and polished presentation

• Strong teamwork skills with a positive and guest-focused attitude

• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with evening, weekend, and holiday availability

• Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and upscale dining etiquette preferred

• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
