Beauty Sales & Brand Representative

We are looking for an outgoing, polished, and sales-driven Beauty Freelancer to represent Estée Lauder within select Boscov's locations. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves beauty, enjoys working with customers and store teams, and is comfortable traveling within a regional territory. The ideal candidate will be based in or around the King of Prussia / Greater Philadelphia area and have reliable transportation. Responsibilities Drive retail sales through customer engagement, product recommendations, demonstrations, and selling Build strong relationships with Boscov's store associates and management Educate and excite store teams about Estée Lauder products, launches, and key selling points Support special events, high-volume selling days, launches, and key retail moments Ensure the brand is beautifully presented and merchandising standards are maintained Communicate store feedback, sales opportunities, inventory issues, and competitive activity to the field team Travel between assigned stores as needed Qualifications Beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, or retail sales experience preferred Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to build and maintain positive relationships with retail partners and shoppers. Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal communication and effective listening in a fast-paced retail environment. Polished, professional, reliable, and highly personable Proven ability to meet sales targets, manage time effectively, and work independently on-site. Comfort with basic reporting tools and technology for tracking visits, sales, and market insights. Availability to work standard retail business hours, including some evenings or weekends as needed.
