What You’ll Do As a Closing Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations during our busiest hours and through the end of each shift. Supervising team members and delegating tasks during peak rush periods Maintaining a high level of customer service and resolving issues quickly Ensuring all closing procedures are completed accurately and on time Verifying cash handling, deposits, and end‑of‑day paperwork Overseeing store cleanliness, food safety, and prep levels Supporting team members and keeping morale high during busy late‑night hours Making sure all safety and security standards are followed at close Requirements Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment Reliable transportation and consistent late‑night availability (up to 4 AM) Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred but not required Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team‑first mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr ZippyApp - Recruitment Marketing
