About the Role
The Company is seeking a Facility Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a strong background in senior hospital leadership, particularly in the acute freestanding children-adolescent mental and behavioral health setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational management of both clinical and non-clinical departments, ensuring high-quality patient care outcomes, and achieving quality metrics in line with accreditation and regulatory guidelines. This role involves coordinating medical staff participation in new ventures, developing new areas of care, and fostering positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The CEO will also be involved in budget preparation and management, contract negotiations, and staying abreast of emerging models in behavioral health care delivery. Applicants for the Facility CEO position at the company should have a proven track record of at least 5 years in a similar role, with a Master's degree in a related field preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong results-oriented approach, excellent communication skills, and a committed focus on clinical excellence. A collaborative leadership style and the ability to build and sustain high patient census are essential. The role requires a leader who can effectively manage and build collaborative relationships within complex networks, and who is adept at utilizing financial information to drive programmatic decisions.
