About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its critical illness recovery hospital. The CEO will be a central figure in providing compassionate and excellent treatment and leadership, with a focus on hands-on hospital operations management in a critical care environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients, and the successful candidate will be responsible for strategic direction, business development, and maintaining exceptional quality of patient care. The CEO will also be tasked with fiscal accountability, regulatory compliance, and fostering employee engagement. Applicants for the CEO position at the company's critical illness recovery hospital must be passionate about superior quality care and adept at problem-solving in a dynamic healthcare setting. A Master's degree is required, along with a minimum of 3 years' leadership experience in healthcare, and 3 years' of operations experience in an acute care or specialty hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management functions such as finance, strategic planning, and community education of health programs. They should be a hands-on, self-starting professional with high personal integrity, and the ability to operate effectively under pressure. The role also involves daily patient, family, and staff interactions, and the CEO will be expected to maintain a high ethical standard and ensure the hospital's compliance with all relevant regulations.
