IT Strategic Initiatives Change Enablement Lead

This is a remote position and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Louisville, KY; Charlotte, NC; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO. All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity. What you’ll be responsible for Develops strategic change and enablement plans, tailored to executive and associate audiences, to support the adoption of IT strategic objectives and related Target Operating Model (TOM). Develops strategic direction and content (e.g., vision materials, roadmap narratives, executive summaries) by analyzing internal adoption data and organizational trends to create content for executive audiences. Provides flexible support to strategy operations by facilitating strategic review meetings and vetting project narratives to ensure alignment with the portfolio objectives and overall strategic goals. Designs training and enablement programs, manages stakeholder feedback loops, and actively addresses resistance to change across business and IT units to ensure new mindsets and processes are sustained. Works on highly complex and diverse projects and exercises independent judgment in selecting methods and evaluation criteria for obtaining solutions. May perform other job duties as assigned. What you’ll need to have Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development (or Information Technology), or a related field. Minimum of 9 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Strategic Planning, IT Program Management, Strategic Communications, or IT Governance. What would be nice for you to have Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with in-depth knowledge of Organizational Change Management (OCM) frameworks, portfolio management principles, and governance frameworks to drive company objectives. Exercises independent judgment and superior analytical skills to resolve unique, high-stakes strategic issues; translates complex data and situation analysis into compelling strategic narratives for executive audiences. Expertise in managing diverse, high-impact projects under aggressive deadlines, with autonomy over methodology and evaluation criteria. Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on overcoming resistance to change and mentoring peer groups. Technical credibility rooted in 5+ years of direct experience with IT, Engineering, or Architecture functions - specifically within areas such as cloud computing, infrastructure consolidation, or application rationalization.
