As the general manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our facility and fostering a secure and inclusive environment for our valuable members. With responsibilities ranging from staff recruitment and training to overseeing scheduling, we need an individual who possesses superb organizational skills and an unwavering passion for fitness. You will bring 3-5 years of experience in the fitness industry, some of which is in a management role. This position offers a competitive base + commission, based on experience & performance, including profit sharing based on total revenue with no ceiling. Compensation $55,000 - $85,000 competitive base + commission Responsibilities Implement compelling marketing and sales strategies to attract and retain members Handle staffing, training, scheduling, and employee reviews for a devoted team Oversee the day-to-day operations of the gym or fitness center including classes, sales, and memberships Monitor financial performance and develop strategies to increase revenue Provide a clean and safe environment for the benefit of both members and staff Qualifications You must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED; we consider it a plus to have a degree in a fitness related field of study Must have a strong focus on putting the members first with exceptional customer service experience Must have at least 3-5 or more years of experience in the fitness field Exhibit excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities You must have previous experience in a manager role overseeing a team, preferably in a fitness role An ideal candidate would be a self-starter and self-motivated to meet and exceed goals 2+ years of fitness sales experience or very similar retail/service sales About Company CycleBar is the world's first and only Premium Indoor Cycling franchise.
