TikTok Shop Manager Remote Full-Time Neutonic is hiring an experienced TikTok Shop Manager to take full ownership of one of the fastest-growing channels in the business. TikTok Shop is already a seven-figure revenue channel for Neutonic across the US and UK. The foundation is there: strong products, significant early traction, agency partners in both markets, and a brand built for creator-led commerce. Now we're looking for someone who has done this before and can take it to the next level. You'll own TikTok Shop commercially from end to end — revenue, profitability, affiliates, creators, paid media, live shopping, promotions, product strategy, agencies, and operations. This isn't a coordination role. You'll be accountable for the number. What You'll Do Own TikTok Shop strategy, revenue, profitability, forecasting, and performance across the US and UK Develop and execute the plan to scale TikTok Shop into a significant multi-million-dollar business Manage and hold our US and UK TikTok Shop agencies accountable for performance Build and scale our affiliate and creator program, increasing both content volume and revenue-generating creators Identify top-performing affiliates and develop deeper relationships, incentives, seeding, and paid creator strategies Oversee paid media, promotions, product assortment, bundles, pricing, and conversion strategy Lead and optimize live shopping strategy, including presenters, scheduling, formats, promotions, and performance Monitor inventory, fulfillment, customer experience, and account health to ensure operations keep pace with growth Analyze performance daily and continually test new strategies to improve traffic, conversion, AOV, and repeat purchase Stay at the forefront of TikTok Shop trends, platform changes, and emerging opportunities What We're Looking For Proven experience personally owning and scaling a multi-million-dollar TikTok Shop business Ideally 5+ years in eCommerce, social commerce, performance marketing, or a related growth function Deep knowledge of TikTok Shop, including affiliates, creators, UGC, paid media, live shopping, promotions, and platform operations Experience managing agencies, internal teams, or both Strong commercial instincts with experience owning revenue targets, budgets, forecasts, and profitability Highly analytical and comfortable making fast decisions from performance data Experience with a leading consumer brand; supplements, beverage, wellness, beauty, food, or FMCG experience is a major plus Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable taking full ownership in a fast-growing environment About Neutonic Neutonic is a fast-growing performance and nootropics brand operating across the US and UK.
