Description Opening Fall 2026, AC Hotel & Moxy Dallas Uptown will bring a dynamic new hospitality experience to the heart of Uptown Dallas, blending the modern sophistication of AC Hotels with the vibrant energy of Moxy. As part of this exciting dual-branded opening, we are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead all food and beverage operations, including the signature restaurant, bar/lounge, banquets, and in-room dining. This leader will drive exceptional guest experiences, oversee daily operations, develop and mentor team members, manage inventory and service standards, and play a key role in launching one of Dallas' most anticipated hotel destinations. Responsibilities: Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House F&B operations Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints Organize and supervise shifts Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses Peachtree Group provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
