Role Description The Restaurant General Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Fort Worth , responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring an excellent guest experience. This role manages front- and back-of-house activities, including supervising staff, monitoring service standards, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The General Manager oversees financial performance, including sales tracking, cost control, and P&L accountability, while supporting budgeting and forecasting. Daily tasks include scheduling, hiring and onboarding team members, coaching staff, handling customer concerns, and coordinating with vendors and suppliers. The role works closely with ownership and leadership to implement operational improvements, maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, and uphold Mio Nonno's brand and service standards. Qualifications Strong financial and operational management skills, including P&L Management and Budgeting. Demonstrated ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through excellent Customer Service. Experience with Hiring, training, and developing diverse restaurant teams. Proven leadership and team management skills in a full-service or fast-casual restaurant environment. Ability to work on-site with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Solid understanding of food safety, health regulations, and best practices for restaurant operations. Effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. Experience using POS systems, basic computer applications, and reporting tools. Previous experience as a General Manager, Assistant Manager, or comparable leadership role in hospitality preferred.
