Base pay range $63,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus A well-established, multi-concept quick-service restaurant group is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee two high-volume brands within a major airport. This individual will be responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and team development across both units. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple QSR concepts within the airport. Lead, train, and develop management and hourly teams to achieve performance goals. Ensure compliance with brand, airport, and company standards for quality, safety, and guest service. Manage P&L performance, budgeting, inventory, and labor controls. Partner with airport authorities, vendors, and corporate teams to maintain operational excellence. Foster a positive, service-focused culture that delivers an outstanding guest experience. Qualifications 3+ years of multi-unit or high-volume QSR management experience. Strong leadership and team development skills. Proven success in managing financial results and operational performance. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. Flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
