Restaurant General Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager within the Hurtado Hospitality portfolio at LOMA TXMX. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of their location, including team leadership, guest experience, and overall financial performance. This role leads hiring, training, and development of staff, while maintaining a strong, hospitality-first culture. The General Manager ensures operational excellence across service, food quality, and cleanliness, while also managing budgets, P&L performance, and cost controls. They are responsible for implementing systems and processes that support efficiency, consistency, and growth. Qualifications Hospitality-driven attitude is a must Experience with P&L Management and Budgeting Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills Hiring and staff management capabilities Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Experience as a manager in the restaurant industry is required #J-18808-Ljbffr
