This 105-bed community hospital maintains the clinical infrastructure and established protocols necessary to support gastroenterology coverage across inpatient and outpatient settings. The facility is structured to ensure continuity of specialized care for the adult patient population served. Locum tenens gastroenterology coverage is sought on an ongoing basis beginning as soon as possible.

California offers clinicians on assignment access to a diverse range of regional attractions, outdoor recreation, and year-round activities. The state features varied landscapes, including coastal scenery, natural landmarks such as Mount Shasta and Lake Tahoe, and protected coastlines known for art and culture. Outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, and wildlife viewing are available throughout the region, alongside museums, historic sites, and galleries.

The gastroenterologist will perform procedures 5 days per week and provide evening and weekend call coverage at this on-site facility in California. The assignment includes hospital call coverage 7 days a week as well as scheduled colonoscopy and endoscopy procedures for 1-2 weeks per month. Procedures are performed during the week, while hospital call coverage is maintained across all 7 days. Call coverage is a required component of this locum tenens assignment.
