Sr. Business Analyst – FX Trading Platforms About the Role We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep front-office trading experience to support FX, Equities, and Fixed Income trading platforms. This hands‑on role focuses on OMS workflows, client onboarding, FIX connectivity, trade lifecycle support, and system implementations. You’ll work directly with traders, clients, and technology teams to deliver and support mission‑critical trading solutions. Key Responsibilities Gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions. Configure and support OMS workflows and trading processes. Lead client onboarding, integrations, and implementations. Troubleshoot order flow, FIX connectivity, and trading issues. Analyze FIX messages, logs, and trade data to resolve issues. Manage broker mappings, commissions, and workflow configurations. Perform testing, trade flow validation, and production readiness activities. Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment. Required Qualifications 15+ years of financial services experience. Strong buy‑side trading experience supporting FX, Equities, and/or Fixed Income. Deep understanding of the trade lifecycle and OMS/EMS workflows. Hands‑on experience implementing and supporting OMS platforms (FlexTrade, Charles River, Aladdin, Fidessa, TS Imagine, or similar). Strong FIX Protocol troubleshooting and connectivity experience. Experience with client onboarding, integrations, and workflow configuration. Basic SQL and trade data analysis skills. Excellent communication and client‑facing skills. Preferred OMS migrations and platform implementations. Tradeweb, MarketAxess, or Bloomberg experience. Agile/Scrum, Jira, vendor management, and leadership experience.
