Tax Associate

I'm partnering with a growing, multi-entity organization that is looking to add a Tax Associate to its corporate tax team. This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with senior leadership while gaining exposure to federal, state, and local tax matters. Responsibilities Support federal and state income tax compliance Manage sales & use tax, property tax, and transaction tax processes Coordinate state and local tax audits and respond to taxing authority notices Perform monthly tax account reconciliations Maintain tax records, exemption certificates, and supporting documentation Manage business registrations and licensing requirements Research tax issues and monitor changes in federal, state, and local tax legislation Partner with internal teams and external tax advisors on compliance and reporting Identify process improvements and tax savings opportunities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3+ years of corporate tax experience Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax compliance Experience with sales & use tax, property tax, and transaction tax Hands-on experience with Avalara or other tax automation software is highly preferred Experience with tax account reconciliations and tax reporting Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment This is an outstanding opportunity to join a growing organization where you'll have broad exposure across the tax function while working directly with senior leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr Navigate Search
