Local Contract Outpatient Physical Therapist - $48-51 per hour

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 09/21/2026 Duration: 30 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Local Contract Pride Health is actively hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our client's growing Outpatient team. Compensation: $48.00 to $51.00/hour (W-2) Location: Seattle, WA 98107 Schedule: 4×10-hour days preferred; 5×8-hour days also available Shift: Between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Duration: 6 Months (Contract to hire) Interview: In-person or Video Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions in an outpatient setting. Develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training. Utilize Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment (MDT/McKenzie Method) in patient care. Monitor patient progress, maintain clinical documentation, and educate patients on home exercise programs. Preferred Requirements/Qualifications: Active Washington State PT License required. 2 years of experience treating musculoskeletal conditions, minimum 3 to 6 months required. Considerable experience with the McKenzie Method/MDT preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
