We’re looking for a hands-on, energetic Restaurant Manager who leads from the floor, not an office. You will be the engine that keeps the house running smoothly—balancing front-of-house hospitality, back-of-house kitchen flow, staff morale, and guest satisfaction.

• Taking Care of the Staff & Scheduling: Build smart, fair, and cost-effective weekly schedules. Coach, train, and mentor our FOH (servers, bartenders) and BOH staff. Keep energy high, foster a positive culture, and lead by example.

• Managing the Kitchen & BOH Flow: Partner closely with the kitchen team to keep ticket times tight, food presentation sharp, and food safety/sanitation standards spotless.

• Guest Experience & Hospitality: Walk the floor, connect with regulars, welcome first-timers, and jump in to handle customer feedback on the fly. You make sure everyone leaves well-fed, happy, and eager to come back.

• Daily Operations & Inventory: Oversee daily floor operations, register checkouts, food/beverage inventory control, waste reduction, and pour-cost management.

• Growth & Drive: Bring fresh ideas to the table as we refine our processes, elevate our menu/bar offerings, and scale the business for future locations.

• Experience: 2+ years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant, sports bar, or tavern environment.

• Leadership Style: You’re a "lead-by-example" leader who isn't afraid to jump on the line, run food, or pour drinks when the rush hits.

• Skills: Strong organizational and scheduling skills, basic understanding of food & labor costs, and solid kitchen/food safety knowledge.

• Personality: Upbeat, approachable, calm under pressure, and passionate about hospitality. You treat the business like it’s your own.
