Occupational Therapist (Pediatrics) - Salina, KS

Schedule: Day Shift | Monday-Friday | Flexible Hours Job Type: Full-Time Facility Type: Pediatric-focused clinical setting

Position Overview

We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join a collaborative healthcare team providing early intervention services to infants and young children. This role focuses on evaluating, treating, and supporting pediatric patients with developmental delays affecting daily living skills, play, sensory integration, motor function, and psychosocial development.

The ideal candidate is passionate about pediatric care, family-centered treatment, and evidence-based practice within an interdisciplinary setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric patients, primarily ages 0-3, within an early intervention program
• Perform comprehensive developmental evaluations and assessments
• Deliver therapy services addressing:

1. Activities of daily living (ADLs)
2. Fine and gross motor skills
3. Sensory integration
4. Neuromuscular development
5. Cognitive and psychosocial skills

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy (Required)
• Active Kansas Occupational Therapy License (Required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Required or obtained within 90 days)
• Valid Kansas Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

• One (1) year of pediatric occupational therapy experience
• Experience in early intervention or developmental pediatrics
• Strong communication and family-engagement skills
