Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
• Active Kansas Occupational Therapy License
• Valid Kansas Driver's License
• Basic Life Support certification from either American Red Cross CPR/AED for the Health Care Provider or Basic Life Support (American Heart Association-Health Care Provider) successfully completed within the first 90 days of employment
• One year of experience in pediatric occupational therapy preferred
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required
