Senior Management Analyst

To support government efficiency, the full-time Senior Management Analyst will conduct organizational studies, design systems, and prepare operational manuals while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Conduct organizational studies and evaluations to improve operational efficiency Design systems and procedures for enhanced management effectiveness Prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in decision-making Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, accounting, or a related field Demonstrated experience in conducting organizational studies and evaluations Minimum Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Eligibility for MBI (IRS Background Investigation) clearance Experience in work simplification and measurement studies
