This position offers: Monday-Friday schedule No evenings or weekends Competitive pay Paid holidays and PTO Health, dental, and vision benefits Retirement plan opportunities A positive, team-oriented environment Opportunity to learn and grow within the real estate industry A rewarding career helping agents and clients through one of life's biggest milestones What You'll Do: Listing Coordination Enter and maintain listings in multiple MLS systems Review listing information for accuracy and completeness Coordinate collection of utilities, covenants, restrictions, and other property information Assist agents with listing updates and compliance requirements Coordinate listing photos and related marketing materials Help ensure listings are launched accurately and on time Marketing & Social Media Assist with marketing materials, flyers, promotional pieces, and Canva designs Create and update social media content across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Support office events and marketing initiatives Help maintain a professional and engaging online presence Office & Client Support Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries Greet clients, agents, and visitors Assist agents and staff with day-to-day office needs Process mail and other administrative tasks Help maintain a professional and welcoming office environment What We're Looking For Strong organizational and time-management skills Exceptional attention to detail Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr House of Brokers Realty
