Security Engineering Manager

Leading a team of Senior Security Engineers, the full-time remote Security Engineering Manager will manage performance, oversee client engagements, and implement security policies while driving team development and delivering high-quality technical solutions. Key responsibilities Directly manage and support Senior Security Engineers, including performance management and career development Oversee client delivery by conducting security assessments, implementing security policies, and managing cloud security solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into client IT infrastructure and develop operational procedures for the MSSP practice Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field Relevant certifications such as CCSP, CISSP, CEH, or CISM 5+ years of experience as a Senior Security Engineer or in a similar technical role within managed IT or security services 2+ years of direct people management experience, including performance reviews and coaching Strong understanding of security technologies and frameworks across cloud, network, endpoint, and identity domains
