Job SummaryLead a team with responsibility for tactical and project outcomes in the Operations department. The work group is generally engaged in a wide variety of often complex tasks, providing workflow management for the department while completing similar tasks.Essential FunctionsProvide leadership for the department, training and guiding Operations staff on daily work.
