Position Details Location: Port Richey, FL Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Setting: One-on-one NURSING CARE Patient Needs Tracheostomy (Trach) care Ventilator management Routine skilled nursing care Medication administration and patient monitoring Documentation and communication with the healthcare team Available Schedule 24 hours per day / 7 days per week (Split into two 12-hour shifts) Day Shift 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM OR 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Night Shift 9:00 PM - 9:00 AM OR 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM We have full-time, part-time, weekday, and weekend, opportunities available.
