Job Opportunity – Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Registered Nurse – Florida

Start Date: September 1, 2026

Location: Hudson, Florida

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day shift with variable call schedule; every other weekend and holidays in rotation with facility staff; 1:1 patient ratios

Highlights:

• 12-suite operating room including 2 dedicated Cardiovascular Operating Rooms in a Level II Trauma Center
• Collaborative team environment with 4 RNs and 4 CSTs during day shift
• Perform complex cardiovascular procedures including CABG, valve replacements, thoracic, and vascular surgeries
• Meditech EMR system; opportunity to float to main OR for varied surgical experience
• 309-bed acute care facility with modern equipment and experienced surgical staff
• Contract assignment with competitive travel benefits

Requirements:

• Current Florida RN license or ability to obtain licensure
• Minimum 5 years of CVOR nursing experience required
• Main OR experience and willingness to float to general operating rooms
• Preferred: Scrub proficiency and Meditech EMR experience
• BLS and ACLS certification
