Create tailored treatment plans targeting both immediate objectives and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing requirements.

Deliver focused one-on-one interventions encompassing communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing therapy.

Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and physicians, to implement effective care strategies.

Provide education to patients and their families to enhance progress beyond therapy sessions.

Participate in occasional inpatient therapy evaluations and interventions, ensuring seamless care throughout treatment processes.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organizational policies.

Engage in continuing education and collaborate with peers to stay informed about the latest advancements in the field.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized university.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic approaches suitable for all age groups, with a comprehensive understanding of developmental and acquired communication and swallowing disorders.
