Healing Hands Healthcare is a home health and Hospice agency dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients and their families.

We are growing our healthcare team, and we are in search of an exceptional RN Case Manager (Registered Nurse) to join our team, primarily covering the areas:

• RN Case Manager Hospice: Fort Worth area

Registered/ licensed professionals.

• Home Care Home Base Charting
• Bilingual is a plus
• Our agency currently covers several counties in North Texas. We have been so blessed with growth that we need additional Hospice RN Case Managers and field staff throughout Fort Worth and surrounding areas.

Pay: From $84,000.00 per year
