We are currently seeking to hire a Lead Finisher to manage the paint department of our growing high-end manufacturing cabinet and component company.
Job requirements:
- Must have experience with pre and post catalyzed finishes and be able to spray professional grade finishes.
- Must have experience with color matching and custom finishes that include, but are not limited to, glazes and distressing.
- Must have the ability to maintain a clean and controlled environment.
- Must possess the ability to work within a team and be able to train others to help develop the department.
