En Olive Branch ABA, creemos que cada niño merece la oportunidad de alcanzar su máximo potencial. Nuestro equipo proporciona servicios de Análisis Conductual Aplicado (ABA) basados en evidencia para niños y adolescentes con autismo.
Actualmente buscamos un Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) bilingüe en español e inglés para brindar servicios ABA en Weslaco, Texas .
Responsabilidades:
Proporcionar terapia ABA individualizada en el hogar, escuela, clínica o comunidad.
Implementar planes de tratamiento desarrollados por un BCBA.
Recopilar datos precisos y monitorear el progreso del cliente.
Enseñar habilidades de comunicación, sociales, conductuales y de la vida diaria.
Seguir los protocolos de tratamiento establecidos.
Colaborar con BCBAs, familias y otros miembros del equipo.
Completar documentación profesional y precisa.
Requisitos:
Certificación RBT activa y vigente.
Fluidez en español e inglés.
Experiencia trabajando con niños o individuos con autismo preferida.
Transporte confiable.
Licencia de conducir válida de Texas.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
Paciencia, empatía y profesionalismo.
Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente siguiendo la dirección clínica.
