Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney

Overview
Sherin and Lodgen is actively seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate attorney with 5 or more years of experience to join its Real Estate Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, construction, permanent, and refinancing loans and lines of credit for lenders and borrowers.
- Handle purchases and sales, due diligence, and leasing matters.
- Draft transaction documents and negotiate terms independently.
- Respond swiftly to client needs and manage multiple assignments concurrently.
- Participate in transactions across hotel, restaurant, lab, retail, office, and multifamily sectors.
Qualifications
- Earned a JD in 2020 or earlier.
- Attorney experience at a law firm.
- Strong drafting and independent work skills.
Location & Work Arrangement
Boston, MA; 3-4 days per week in-office, 1-2 days remote.
Compensation
$130,000 - $150,000, dependent on years of experience.
