Senior AI Agent Engineer

Salary: $143,200 - 243,400 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for someone with experience evaluating or applying AI within work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including AI-powered tools, workflow automation, AI-driven insights, or similar use cases.
• We need 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, Solutions Architect, Implementation Consultant, or Consulting Engineer.
• We want a proven record of driving successful technical adoption with mid- to large-scale enterprise customers.
• We require experience designing, building, and launching full-stack workflows and automations using REST APIs, iPaaS tools such as Workato, Azure Functions, AWS Lambdas, or ServiceNow Flow Designer, or scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or Golang.
• You must be willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time.
• You should be able to work across multiple business functions and technical domains.
• Preferred: familiarity with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk, Zendesk, Workday, or Okta.
• Preferred: familiarity with Linux and Windows environments, including command-line use.
• Preferred: current knowledge of the latest AI tools, frameworks, and agentic design patterns, with the judgment to apply them to reliable, scalable solutions.

• We will rely on you to own the end-to-end technical relationship with enterprise customers throughout the full Moveworks implementation lifecycle.
• You will serve as the primary technical contact for 5-8 enterprise customer engagements at the same time.
• You will partner with customers to design and deliver AI solutions that address real business problems.
• You will create secure, high-performing integrations between the Moveworks Platform and enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, Workday, Okta, Jira, and others.
• You will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers shape their Agentic AI roadmap and building their capability to run the platform independently.
• You will gather customer feedback and technical gaps and share them with our Engineering and Product teams to help guide platform improvement.
• You will turn successful customer solutions into reusable templates and share best practices with the broader team.
• You will create strong solution narratives and supporting materials such as architecture diagrams, solution proposals, and SOWs for both technical and business audiences.
• You will work closely with engineering, product, and customer teams, including presenting solutions to executive stakeholders.
• This is a customer-facing, field-based role, so you will spend time onsite with customers and collaborate regularly across teams.
