Job Full Description Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring dependable and service-oriented individuals for a growing customer support team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping people, multitasking across multiple communication channels, and working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
This is a full-time, onsite opportunity only. Immediate openings available.
This position supports customers through a variety of service-related needs, including account assistance, appointment coordination, order support, platform navigation, and general inquiries. Representatives will communicate through phone, email, live chat, and internal ticketing systems while providing professional and positive customer experience.
Training Schedule:
Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Operational Hours:
Sunday through Saturday | 5:30 AM - 11:30 PM
Candidates must be available to work an assigned 8-hour shift within operating hours.
Scheduled days off will be assigned after hire.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer support inquiries
• Assist with account setup, scheduling, enrollment, and service-related requests
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding products, services, and account features
• Troubleshoot basic customer concerns and escalate when appropriate
• Manage documentation, follow-ups, and service requests with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain professionalism and efficiency in a high-volume environment
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and improve the overall experience
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining quality and productivity standards
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable handling phone, email, chat, and ticket-based interactions
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based systems
• High school diploma or GED required
Preferred Background:
• Experience in customer support, healthcare support, membership services, or technical support environments
• Familiarity with CRM or ticketing platforms
• Experience in fast-paced or rapidly growing organizations
• Comfortable learning new technology and systems quickly
