Hr Business Partner / People Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:

• Support HR projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and reporting.
• Develop status reports, executive summaries, and communications for HR cycles.
• Manage actions, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders across concurrent initiatives.
• Assist with data audits and Workday transactions;
  generate reports to support HR functions.
• Execute annual People processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, talent reviews, compensation planning, and succession planning.
• Support process improvement initiatives by creating documentation, playbooks, and standard operating procedures.
• Develop clear communication materials for leaders and employees, including presentations and briefings.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related area preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years in HR operations, HR business partnership, or related roles.
