What you’ll do

• Give medications as prescribed by the physician

• Take and record vital signs

• Provide basic wound care, including cleaning and bandaging

• Give injections and immunizations

• Take medical histories and document in the EMR

• Deliver quality, compassionate nursing care to every resident

What you need

• Current LPN license in Indiana

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school

• Strong clinical judgment and customer service skills

• A professional, committed, team-first approach
