Home Remodeling Service Technician / Warehouse Associate

SAS Home Solutions is looking for a dependable, skilled Service Technician / Warehouse Associate to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on position combining residential remodeling service work with warehouse and material preparation responsibilities . The primary responsibility is returning to completed projects to diagnose and correct service issues, while also helping keep our warehouse organized and upcoming installation jobs properly staged.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can troubleshoot problems independently, and understands that taking care of the customer is the priority.

Responsibilities

Service & Repair

• Visit customers' homes to diagnose and complete service repairs on previously installed projects
• Repair and service acrylic tub and shower systems
• Perform basic plumbing repairs and troubleshooting
• Install and replace toilets
• Install vanities
• Install and replace sink faucets and related fixtures
• Install and repair LVP flooring
• Perform drywall repairs, finishing, patching, sanding, and preparation for paint
• Perform caulking, sealing, trim work, and other finish repairs
• Diagnose installation issues and determine the proper repair
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain the work being performed
• Protect the customer's home and maintain a clean work area
• Document completed service work and communicate any additional materials or repairs needed

Warehouse & Material Staging

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
• Receive and organize incoming materials
• Stage materials for upcoming installation projects
• Verify materials are complete before jobs are released for installation
• Help load and unload materials
• Maintain organization of tools, supplies, and service materials
• Identify damaged or missing materials before installation
• Assist with basic inventory control

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have experience in residential remodeling, construction, maintenance, or home repair.

Must have:

• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Own basic hand and power tools
• Experience working with acrylic shower and tub systems
• Basic residential plumbing knowledge
• Ability to install toilets, vanities, and faucets
• Experience installing LVP flooring
• Ability to repair and finish drywall
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Ability to safely lift and move construction materials
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Schedule

Full-Time

Monday–Friday with occasional additional hours as needed based on service and installation schedules.

Compensation

Competitive hourly pay based on experience and skill level. Weekly bonuses available.
