Journeyman Electrician | Pacso, WA | $45 .00-50 .00hr | Direct Hire

The Reserves Network has partnered with a value-driven organization in Pasco, WA we are looking for a Journeyman Electrician to support their growing workforce. Relocation support is available for qualified candidates.

• Onsite role in Pasco, WA between local locations

Your New Role as the journeyman electrician :

• Plan, design, and integrate complex HVAC, refrigeration, compressed air, boiler, and pumping systems.
• Create and manage organization-wide preventive maintenance strategies to ensure reliable system performance
• Handle advanced diagnostics and repairs for intricate mechanical equipment and building automation platforms
• Perform energy evaluations and propose HVAC system upgrades that improve efficiency and reduce operational load
• Lead major system initiatives, such as equipment replacements, retrofits, and modernization projects
• Offer technical support, training, and mentorship to less-experienced technicians
• Partner with engineering and facility planning teams on building modifications, infrastructure upgrades, and project layouts
• Monitor and interpret operational and performance data to enhance system reliability and reduce expenses
• Verify that all work meets applicable safety codes, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
• Develop, update, and maintain detailed technical guidelines for systems and procedural manuals
• Serve as the main point of coordination with external contractors, equipment suppliers, and regulatory officials

Your Experience as the Journeyman Electrician:

• 6+ yrs of experience in industrial HVAC, refrigeration, air compressors, boilers and pumps systems.
• Knowledge of building automation systems & energy management.
• Understanding of ASHRAE standards and local building codes

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the salary range for this position is $93,600-$104,000 not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
