JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible to provide welding and fabrication support for the Energy systems sales, service, rental, and construction departments. Essential Duties: Provide welding and fabrication support for Sales, Service, Rental and Construction Department Install vent extensions, & spill boxes on generators Install DPF systems & load bank systems on generators Work with project management team to spec modification estimates KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES Able to do heavy and light welding Able to do sheet metal fabrication Knowledge of fuel tank and enclosure modifications and part manufacturing Ability to do light design Proficient in Mig, Tig or Stick Must have valid driver license Must be able to travel occasionally MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience: 2 years welding or fabrication in field work or shop work PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Welding or Fabricator Certified Experience: 5+ years’ experience in welding or fabrication in field work or shop work "We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law."
