We are recruiting for the following position:Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organizationDental Supervisor – Sea Mar Community Health CentersSea Mar is seeking a Dental Supervisor to lead dental assistants and reception staff, coordinate patient flow, and support dental providers in delivering quality care. This leadership role ensures efficient operations, strong patient experience, and compliance with clinical standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise dental assistants and reception staff; support training and performance managementCoordinate patient flow, scheduling, triage, and daily clinic operationsProvide chairside support and ensure proper sterilization and OSHA complianceOversee quality improvement activities, reporting, and documentationAssist with dental insurance verification, coding, and cost estimatesMaintain clinic supplies, equipment maintenance, and compliance recordsSupport community outreach and dental program growthServe as working supervisor when staffing shortages occurQualificationsWashington State DOH Dental Assistant Registration requiredHigh school diploma/GED plus dental assisting/office management training3+ years dental office experience preferredStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsCurrent BLS CPR required (within 1 month of hire)TB testing annuallySea Mar is an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers a competitive benefits package.Starting Wage: $26.62 - $28.37 per hour based on experienceWork Schedule: Monday – Friday (Can be edited based on need)Hourly - Hourly Plan, 26.62 USD HourlyWhat We Offer:Sea Mar offers talented and motivated people the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing community health organization.
