Manager, Product Management

Global Upstream Product Manager role within Baxter's Respiratory Health business, responsible for managing product lifecycle from conception through launch and sustainment. The position involves cross-functional collaboration to drive market growth, understand customer needs, and develop go-to-market strategies for a portfolio of medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage Respiratory Health product portfolio from concept through development, launch, and lifecycle sustainment
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, commercial marketing, compliance, regulatory, quality, and payers to drive profitable growth
• Conduct market and clinical research to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and define gaps for new features or products
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and pricing recommendations in partnership with global commercial teams
• Work with finance on investment cases and oversee product costs and margin maintenance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, or equivalent discipline
• 3+ years of product management or marketing experience in healthcare or medical devices
• Demonstrated expertise in product lifecycle management and multifaceted marketing strategies
• Strong knowledge of upstream/downstream marketing, regulatory, clinical, and new product development processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work autonomously
• MBA preferred; experience with connected healthcare solutions a plus

Compensation: $112,000-$154,000 base annually
