Sales Specialist role at The Home Depot Overview Sales Specialists help customers bring their project ideas to life by offering a range of product options, providing samples, and recommending solutions—including installation and related services. Responsibilities Meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store. Help keep the store clean, organized, and safe as part of a team. Actively monitor inventory and drive in‑stock to support a seamless shopping experience. Requirements Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to recommend solutions and explain product benefits. Knowledge of local competitors and Home Depot’s advantages. Commitment to meeting sales goals and maintaining store readiness.
