Under the direction of the District Manager , the incumbent will develop Sales relationships with end-users for Safety- Gases and Welding related productsin the assigned region by following sales leads , making presentations, preparing quotations, maintaining all required literature and providing customer follow-ups. The incumbent will also assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions . Identify and support customer needs by conducting thorough needs assessments with clients to gain insights into their specific requirements and objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized solutions that align with client needs and meet enterprise objectives. Conduct contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that support long-term partnerships. Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue and market share. Oversee account as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing inquiries and concerns. ________________________ Are you a MATCH? Required Qualifications Post secondary education equivalent to a Diploma in Business Management or equivalent. Leadership : Must be able to guide and mentor associates. Must be able to delegate and follow-up effectively. Relationship Building: Must be able to communicate effectively. Preferred: Decision Making: Must be able to work independently while making decisions based on company policies and objectives. Problem Solving: Must be able to proactively and methodically deal with conflicting goals and challenging situations.
