Coach - Key Account Manager (m/w/d) Standort: Auendienst, Deutschland geringfgige Beschftigung Befristet auf 12 Monate
Der Key Account Manager ist verantwortlich fr die Betreuung und Entwicklung von OEM-Hndlerstandorten. Ziel ist es, Investitionsplne zu initiieren und umzusetzen, um Kapazittslcken zu schlieen und die Produktivitt sowie Servicequalitt nachhaltig zu steigern. Der KAM agiert als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen OEM, MSX International und den Hndlern.
- Beratung und Betreuung der Hndler
- Durchfhrung von Vor-Ort-Besuchen und Online-Terminen zur Analyse und Diskussion von Investitionsplnen.
- Vorstellung von OEM-Tools und Optionen zur Kapazittssteigerung.
- Untersttzung der Hndler bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Manahmen wie Personalaufbau, Installation neuer Technik, Prozessoptimierung und Outsourcing.
- Projektmanagement & Dokumentation
- Planung, Koordination und Nachverfolgung der vereinbarten Manahmen.
- Dokumentation aller Interaktionen, Ergebnisse und Investitionsplne in zentralen Tools.
- Eskalation nicht erfolgreicher Verhandlungen an den OEM.
- Zielerreichung & Reporting
- Erreichung definierter Zielstrukturen (A- und B-Punkte) gem Vorgaben.
- Regelmiges Reporting an den OEM und MSX International ber Fortschritte und Ergebnisse.
- Stakeholder-Management
- Aufbau und Pflege starker Beziehungen zu Hndlern, OEM-Ansprechpartnern und internen Teams.
- Sicherstellung offener Kommunikationskanle und konstruktiver Zusammenarbeit.

Qualifikationen
- Mehrjhrige Erfahrung (mind. 15 Jahre) im Automobilhandel, vorzugsweise im Bereich Aftersales oder Kundenbindung.
- Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Optimierung von Serviceabteilungen und Prozessen.
- Ausgeprgte Fhigkeiten in Teamfhrung, Coaching und Prozessverbesserung.
- Sehr gute Organisations-, Planungs- und Kommunikationsfhigkeiten.
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilitt.
- Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und Dokumentationssystemen.
- Eigenstndige, strukturierte und lsungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Flieende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
